1800 Contacts

1-800 Contacts is a well-established brand in the eye care space, known for their convenience and customer service. They approached us to help lead their Q2 2020 campaign with a fresh perspective, something that would feel modern, relatable, and strategically built for both TV and social media.

We began by developing a concept that highlighted the ease of getting contact lenses delivered, especially during a time when in-person shopping was more complicated. The tone needed to be approachable, slightly quirky, and reflect the everyday frustrations (and relief) that come with vision correction.

The campaign was production-heavy, involving a full photo shoot, multiple short-form video ads for social platforms, and longer-format videos for TV and web. We created assets in a variety of sizes and formats to make sure the campaign could live seamlessly across broadcast, YouTube, and social.

Our goal was to make the experience of 1-800 Contacts feel simple, fast, and a little bit fun, and to make sure the brand stayed top of mind in a highly competitive category.
