Know Your Numbers | Health Awareness Campaign
The Know Your Numbers campaign was developed to spark an open dialogue around health and wellness in the workplace—encouraging employees to take proactive steps toward understanding key health indicators like blood pressure, cholesterol, and BMI.
Our goal was to deliver this message in a way that felt supportive, not clinical, focusing on empowerment through knowledge and everyday choices.
We created a cross-channel campaign that included a dedicated website, print ads, and both standard and rich media digital placements. Visually, the campaign struck a balance between being informative and approachable, designed to catch attention and start conversations without overwhelming the viewer.
The result was a cohesive, integrated experience that helped reinforce the importance of taking ownership of personal health in a workplace setting.
