Salesforce Marketing Cloud Animation

Salesforce asked us to help bring their Marketing Cloud platform to life—an incredibly powerful tool, but one that’s often difficult to explain without overwhelming people with jargon or complexity. They needed something that could break it all down in a way that was approachable, engaging, and easy to understand.

As Creative Director at Wunderman Thompson, I led the development of an animated explainer video designed to make the Salesforce Marketing Cloud feel intuitive and even fun. We focused on distilling dense functionality—like personalized customer journeys, data-driven messaging, and automation—into bite-sized, relatable visuals.

By using clean, playful animation and straightforward language, we were able to simplify the story without dumbing it down. The result was a vibrant, engaging video that made the platform feel accessible to a wide range of users, from internal sales teams to potential clients.
